Renovation Work
Western MA and Northern CT has a large stock of existing buildings, and many times it makes more sense for an owner to renovate an existing structure rather than build a new building. Crocker Building has performed hundreds of renovation projects throughout the area. In some cases we have renovated the same space two or three times in the past 20 years.
